CEO/Head of Product Development

Joe has 14 years of experience in apparel and accessory designing. Proficient in Coral Paint and Photoshop design programs. Joe is responsible and has accomplished all bullet points listed below:

*14 Year experience in retail and internet sales to include wholesale and direct to consumer.
*Developed and designed the official Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. new member intake blazer supplying 2000 to 2500 men’s blazers per year to include designer mens tie and cuff links.
*Developed and designed the official supplier of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. TORCH program blazers supplying 1000 to 1500 sorority blazers to this group per year.
*Design, develop and deliver several service organizations designer tote bag lines ranging from 25,000 to 40,000 bags per year along with matching accessories to include cosmetic cases, portfolios and wallets.
*Coordinate international freight and logistic shipments and necessary documents with US Customs for clearance. Manage 3PL pick and pack operation.
*Established EDI processes in line with big box retailers to support business flow.
*Extensive travel to Asia for 11 years to manage in house sourcing staff, QC, factory relations and operations office in Shanghai China.
*Design layout of Sorority Row Boutique and establishment of first brick and mortar location.
*Currently or previously working with chains and brands to include Cracker Barrel, Kohls.com, Dunham Sports, Costco, Dillards, Gabriel Brothers, Sams Club and Coca-Cola.

ROBERT TAYLOR

Vice President & CFO

Robert Taylor is an astute businessman an integral part of the RGA team. In addition to overseeing the financial divisions of the company, he plays a key role in the growth and development of the company. Robert also oversees the contract marketing teams for RGA. These teams provide analytical information, app development and implementation, and new social media strategies. In addition to his duties at RGA, Robert is the owner of a very successful insurance agency

Robert has received his Bachelors of Arts from St Mary’s University, a Master of Arts Degree from Michigan University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Dallas.

MEVOLYN TRIGG

Office Manager

Mevolyn serves as the voice for RG Apparel. As manager of operations, Mevolyn oversees the staff at RG Apparel and the Sales Associates of Sorority Row Boutique. Mevolyn has been with RGA more than 6 years and is an integral part of the success of the company.

ROSE RAO

China Operations Manager

Rose has been a key employee of RG Apparel for more than 10 years. Based in Shanghai China, Rose operates and manages the second office of RGA. Rose works directly with and reports to the President and serves as the liaison between RGA and factory operations overseas. She coordinates all travel, quality control, initial production and factory relations abroad and manages the part time RGA employees based in Shanghai. Rose is a key member of the RGA team and a big reason for the company’s success.
